Signs of Fate Lenormand cards
Fate Sign Lenormand cards are based on the classic Lenormand divination card system. The cards have an additional meaning given by the symbols of the playing cards.
The Lenormand cards were named after the famous French fortune teller Madame Marie Anne Lenormand (1772-1843). Marie Anne Lenormand is believed to have prophesied many historical events, including the Great French Revolution and the rise and fall of Napoleon. She was a welcome guest at the courts of many European countries. She was also imprisoned because of her future predictions.
Lenormand cards are an alternative divination system similar to the Tarot but different in purpose, feel and structure. Unlike Tarot, Lenormand has a much more practical result. It focuses less on emotional and spiritual feelings and more on daily events and practicalities.
When divination, it should be noted that if tarot cards focus more on the "why", Lenormand cards focus more on the "how".
The Lenormand deck contains 36 cards wrapped in a velvet pouch. Printed cards have rounded corners.
The set includes a brochure in Latvian with explanations of Lenormand cards.
