Sky Blue Lenormand cards
Sky Blue Lenormand cards are based on the classic Lenormand divination card system. In addition to the basic Lenormand cards, each playing card also has meaning.
The Lenormand cards were named after the famous French fortune teller Madame Marie Anne Lenormand (1772-1843). Marie Anne Lenormand is believed to have prophesied many historical events, including the Great French Revolution and the rise and fall of Napoleon. She was a welcome guest at the courts of many European countries. She was also imprisoned because of her future predictions.
Lenormand cards are an alternative divination system similar to the Tarot but different in purpose, feel and structure. Unlike Tarot, Lenormand has a much more practical result. It focuses less on emotional and spiritual feelings and more on daily events and practicalities.
When divination, it should be noted that if tarot cards focus more on the "why", Lenormand cards focus more on the "how".
The Lenormand deck contains 36 cards, packed in a velvet pouch. Printed cards have rounded corners.
Cards are accompanied by a brochure with detailed card explanations in Latvian.
